From the moment I walked in, met w/Audry Kimberling (Sales), met w/Jack Wow, I just bought a new 2018 Buick Encore.. Talk about an awesome experience. From the moment I walked in, met w/Audry Kimberling (Sales), met w/Jackie Black (Finance) and met w/Adriana Burton (Delivery Coordinator). Audry listened and provided me with multiple options. He was able to answer all of my questions regarding the SUV's I looked at. In my opinion he went above & beyond. Once I made the decision on the Encore, Jackie stepped in for the 'dreaded' paperwork. Oh my how times have changed, 'dreaded' turned into a 'wow' factor and it was completed in the blink of an eye! Adriana is the bomb when it comes to going over all the features of my new SUV. She is extremely patient and also had answers for all of my questions. It really hit me later in the evening when I was reflecting upon my experience with HRB, I couldn’t have asked for anything better. Surprised how they worked to make the deal! A few days later he called and said he had a trade in that had everything I wanted on it and invited me to come and look at it. I went in the next day, liked what I saw, and told him I would be back with the car I was trading in. (I had dropped my daughter off at the airport earlier and was in her car at the time.) On the way up there I was procrastinating that I probably wouldn't be able to work out a deal, and I would be driving my old car back home. The first offer, I told James we were too far apart and didn't think we could work it out; he told me to hang on and the next offer was close, so I adjusted it just a little bit, and they took it. The whole experience was pleasant and I drove off in the vehicle I really liked. YES, I would recommend the dealership and James to anyone! More
