Saleman Fantastic / Finance Dept - unsatisfied I found the car I wanted to test drive online. I came into the dealership asking for a salesman and Johnny greeted me with a warm and friendly smile. I found the car I wanted to test drive online. I came into the dealership asking for a salesman and Johnny greeted me with a warm and friendly smile. I shared with him what I had seen online and what my interest was. It was extremely cold and Johnny went to get the car and pulled it up front for me. He went with me for my first test drive and I shared with him what I needed to happen to purchase the vehicle. He helped me tremendously and again, he went above and beyond with his kindness and helping me with any questions that I might have. My one and only bad experience I had was the finance dept. I have great credit and don't for a minute believe that 4% was the lowest I could get when J Pauley Toyota had agreed to finance me a Corolla for 2%. I shared this with Mike and he said I was wrong. I also asked what my payments would be several times in the course of him having me sign papers and he didn't tell me until the very end. I did get my payments exactly where I wanted them, but unhappy with the interest rate. My over all experience was great and I would of given Johnny a 10 star and will certainly tell referrals to ask for him. More

They worked with me to make sure that I found the exact car that I wanted, even though the features I needed are a bit harder to find. When the time came to sign the paperwork, Mike took the time to walk through everything with me and made sure that I fully understood all of the contracts. The whole team here is fantastic, and I recommend HRBG to anybody who’s looking to buy. More
