great service WOW!!!! Where do i start. From the moment i walked into Headquarter Honda i was greeted by Todd Mcclellan in the service department who is by far one WOW!!!! Where do i start. From the moment i walked into Headquarter Honda i was greeted by Todd Mcclellan in the service department who is by far one of the warmest most knowledgeable person that i have ever met in a car dealership, very welcoming and kind. Todd personally picked out a gentleman to help me get started on the car buying process. He walked us over to a man named John Shelling who was also very kind , i believe he was the manager, we sat down and he asked me a few questions didnt beat around the bush at all and was very attentive the entire process made it a point to check on us. He then brought us to a man named Mike Janhangir. This man is AMAZING. someone was watching over us when they paired us up with these men. From start to finish this experience was the best ive ever had at a car dealership. Mike spent most of the day with us and i cant rave enough about him. He listened to every single word we said and really go to know our wants and needs. By the time we were done talking he walked us out to the first car that he wanted us to see and little did we know we wernt going to look at any other cars. This was the car we were going to walk out with. He found the Perfect car on the first try. This man was so patient and did every single thing he could to get us in this car.He was not pushy and for me that was a really big thing. He actually seemed like he cared. Through out the entire service John would peak his head in and check on us which was refreshing that he was following up to make sure we felt comfortable and everything was going smooth. Mike made us feel more than comfortable, by the time we left he almost felt like family. Before i walked in i was really nervous because i know that most places you go they try and rip you off or think you are stupid and know nothing about cars. This was such an amazing experience i will never go anywhere else. Thank you Honda for having such honest people on your team. More

When my wife and I walked into the dealership, we were introduced to Paula who then introduced us to our salesman George Ibrahim. This was my first experience with Headquarter Honda as we recently moved to Clermont from South Florida. George was very professional and really knew his product. We took a test drive, loved the car and were ready to discuss specifics. I was very surprised that the process was so painless. We quickly agreed on the price, and finalized the finance paperwork with Tony Angle... All were very professional and friendly. Headquarter Honda has definitely earned my future business.
