Excellent TEAM Approach Until 2013 there was always a Honda in our garage. We moved to FL 3 years ago and bought a Prius V. We were happy with the Prius, but, alas, Honda tugged at our hearts. We stopped in "just to browse" and met Santiago. Immediately, he went out of his way to show us vehicles and was generous in the amount of time he spent with us. He made the extra effort to get us the best deal. There were some items that needed attention and an appointment was made for us. We also met with Tony Angle to sign the paperwork and his attention to detail and pleasant demeanor made the signing less stressful. Two gentlemen from the management team and special event person were also very polite and respectful. We brought our car for service and Karlos was very friendly and considerate of our time. The TEAM did a commendable job. We've only owned this Accord EX for a week, but we hope that the next few years will bring many more "excellent" reviews for HQ Honda. More
