I had appointment for “the works” oil change. I got nothing showing what was done. All I got was an estimate for charge to remove lug nut. I took my car to Firestone and they removed the lug n I got nothing showing what was done. All I got was an estimate for charge to remove lug nut. Communication is very poor at this dealership. And it took them three weeks to reimburse me for the tow, which I wasn't suppose to pay for, when my truck had a transmission problem less than 24 hours after I purchased it. More

That's what a salesman told me. There's a time I asked to speak with a manager and I was put on the phone with the sale person I bought the car from and not a manager. So if u really wants to know how I feel...I hate I bought the truck from you guys, I had the people that lied to me, I hate the experience I had to go through i hate everything every one that mistreated me and did wrong by me to get a sale. You guys are crooks, dishonest and should be put out of business for bull crap yall did. I went to buy the computer and all around breaks to do my our breaks.. from the bottom of me heart.
