Poor communication, service took an hour longer than I was told and no one updated me, no one said that oil and air filters needed to be replaced until I was picking car up - after 2.5 hours for tire rota was told and no one updated me, no one said that oil and air filters needed to be replaced until I was picking car up - after 2.5 hours for tire rotation and oil change I was asked if I wanted to wait longer for them to bring my car back in to change the filters! If there were 6 stars it would of been easy but its 5 its makes it hard. Nothing great or bad about the dealership. I didn't see enough to give a 5 star rating for Heiser. During the process test driving the car (very low gas) and going through the process of 6 hours (arrived at noon and left at 5pm) purchasing the car (paperwork/sign documents) it was time to leave the dealership. I thank Al for his time. I thank the other manger who help me with the signed document as well. Al promised me the vehicle will have a full tank of gas and to give him 5 star rating. Before I left the parking lot I saw the car was only filled half tank and not a full tank of gas as Al promised me. At this point it's been a very long day of negotiation the price (back and forth between Al and the manger) of the vehicle and signing documents. I was ready to go home with the new car. Half tank wasn't worth the hassle waiting. Overall Al did his job and thanked him. Recommendation maybe but there is no option for that. More
