The process took quite some time. All the staff was very nice. My car previous car was 1995 acura. The car I purchased had all the new technology which was very foreign to me. I think you should have some kind of class to help familiarize older people to the technology on the newer vehicles. More

Darrin, Jorgo, and Chad were good people to work with. Heiser Toyota seems good. The one thing that could be greatly improved is the appearance package that they sell you. Thank you Darrin for helping clean the Buick after they said it was already clean. When we got it home I still found dirt that was under the paint coating and dirty areas in the interior. This package is a lot of money to not have it done correctly! More
