I do not know ho this dealership is rated this good, if I could give a 0 star review I would. Actually I would give it negative stars, the service was so bad I am going to contact the BBB. To start off, I have been looking at a certain car for years, I could not get it because I was in another lease. Fast forward to now, I am out of that lease, in the meantime I contacted this place about obtaining the car. This is where things get messy, first when I came in to order, they did a hard inquiry on my credit report, which they aren't supposed to do yet. My score goes down cause of it, so as I am waiting for the car I get no updates from them all. I call Shahat Mohammed, the sales manager, I leave a message and no response. I then left him 3 more messages over the course of two weeks still no response. THIS IS THE SALES MANAGER, so you already know how it is going to be for the actual sales staff. Al Hussein, the worst salesman ever, I dont know how he is one of the top rated salesmen there. To start off, I told him I do NOT want to sign on anything but the order for the car, he tried to get me to sign off on an outrageous payment then and there, red flag number 2. Him along with Shahat do not respond to any questions you have or concerns, especiallly concerns. To the point that even in person they will talk over you and cut you off when you call them out on wrongdoing. Now it is time for delivery, before we even discussed numbers they ran 2 more hard inquiries on my credit, that is now 3. 3!!!!!! My credit score dropped significantly cause of this. So we get there and theyre like "once we sign these we are good to go and you can be on your way".....hold up what? I said specifically we won't discuss numbers until the car gets here and I do not want to sign unless we go over them, Red flag number 3 and 4. Then after trying to talk about numbers we took off one package to get the car cheaper, a 2,000 dollar package that is 450 at other toyotas. So once they take that off, they come back with the new price and of course, the MSRP was raised somehow, Red Flag Number 5. We took off a 2,000 dollar package, how did the MSRP go up $800?? They could not explain. Red Flag Number 6. After going through all this back and forth they said "we had the MSRP for the wrong car" so you mean to tell me I was going to sign off on a car and it wasn't even the right one??? Red flag number 7, If i would of signed off on that and you guys would of realized it was the wrong one, the deal would of fell through. That is far beyond unprofessional WTH. They quoted me a monthly payment of high 600s, when on the Toyota Manufacturers website, with all the same criteria as I was going to this deal with, the website said 533 a month, they could not grant this. WHY NOT? its you manufacturers prices but nope they were not budging on that price AT ALL. I forogt to mention the fact that they offered me a car that has a note of over 750 a month and told me they can get my payments to under 500. So when I confronted them about that, Al said " I should not have said that, that was my mistake". WHO SAYS THAT, why would a dealer promise and gurantee a certain payment and not stay true to their word. This place is so unprofessional, unorganized, rude and despicable. Shahat the Manager is not any better, I think the nicest person was the receptionist. I have been dreaming over this car for years, I have watched every video on Youtube and Tiktok about it, I have the car as the background on my phone. All of this just to run into this problem. I am leaving out a lot of other things that happened, but If I were you, I would STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS. Great credit gets you nowhere here. James Hicks III has been my salesman for 2 leased cars and 2 used cars since 2019. I have never felt high pressured sales from James or Heiser, as I have with some other salespeople and dealerships. James goes the extra mile to make sure the vehicles are right for your particular situation, that the leasing and buying experience is fair, and that the vehicles are in perfect or best possible shape before leaving the lot. He takes the time with you so you never feel rushed. Also, Heiser seems to be choosy about which used cars they will sell versus just having high volume. They seem to be about quality vs quantity. I would recommend James and Heiser if you are in the market for a new or used vehicle!! More
