They were reassuring of how their business practices was honest and true. They even bumped me up to get serviced a little sooner. I am very satisfied with the work that they did. I will definitely be back for all my Toyota needs. Toyota is a well made vehicle that needs little maintenance. In other words if you keep the oil changed and regular maintenance on these vehicles, you won’t have a problem. As some other Toyota dealerships with their unscrupulous practices and thievery would have you believe .They commit fraud against their loyal customers. Shame of you, Wilde, and Andrew! Keep up the good work Heiser. Is number one in my book. I suggest all Toyota owners to patronize this store. More

I just brought 4 new tires and this is the second time that they were over filled by 6 to 8 pounds of pressure. Is this the practice to void out the warranty faster? What I should have done was to say I that they were over filled by 6 to 8 pounds of pressure. Is this the practice to void out the warranty faster? What I should have done was to say I want 4 new tires. I would like to hear back from the Service Manager Joe Kuckuk to hear has response. Repairs our costly and being retired and in today's financial turmoil I still like to keep the car in the best running condition. We only have one vehicle and Peter Miszewski called me after the tires were completed he would like the keep the vehicle over night to change the front and back differential oil at a cost $ 250.00 +. I told Peter no that would have to wait I need the vehicle back for appointments the next day. I came up to get an emission test and wanted to pay cash and it only excepted card but on the screen it said card or cash. Is this a way to get an extra fee for using the card to get your renewal sticker. More
