I entered the customer service sales area, and waited, and waited and waited. I saw 3-5 customer service reps, 2 dealing with customers one on the phone and two working on the computer. Anyone one of them and waited and waited. I saw 3-5 customer service reps, 2 dealing with customers one on the phone and two working on the computer. Anyone one of them could’ve taken 5 seconds to acknowledge me and tell me it’ll me a moment. No one did. So I stepped up to an individual and he said he was too busy. So I stepped back and waited. So I went to another rep, he said he was busy and it would be a while until he could help me. So I stepped back and waited. Finally the other rep, finally asked if I was being helped. All in all, this took 30 minutes. What else do you want to hear? More
