My Sienna has been serviced multiple times over the last 6-8 months with a maintenance cost of over $10,000. The minivan is now over 5 1/2 years old. Unfortunately, I feel as though the repairs may not h 6-8 months with a maintenance cost of over $10,000. The minivan is now over 5 1/2 years old. Unfortunately, I feel as though the repairs may not have been needed. On some occasions, I was asked about the cost as to whether or not it was reasonable. I am concerned that I was overbilled for the service or that the service was not needed. I have owned multiple Toyota vehicles and never had to invest this much money into one vehicle in a matter of months especially when I work from home and rarely drive the vehicle. I am very hesitant about bringing the vehicle in for any additional service. I feel as though I am being taken advantage of. During the last service call, the initial service listed items which were recently done. However, the quote was just put together, but never reviewed by the service manager. He ended up removing several items, but then added more to the quote. At the end of the changes, I still paid a higher amount. I am very frustrated with the service and communication at Heiser. More
