Not good! Same as over 10 yrs ago when I last visited! (Service person said I needed brake pads, when I just put on new ones couple weeks earlier). This time Same as over 10 yrs ago when I last visited! (Service person said I needed brake pads, when I just put on new ones couple weeks earlier). This time, I okayed $165 to scan system, but was unable to scan no answer written, but still charge $165 for nothing. Then was told it would be $200 to analyze trans fluid for chips, again no answer written or chip in sandwich bag as evidence. Then by your math $165 + $200 =$900+ on my bill. What gives? Let’s blame MKE public schools, maybe!!! More

The staff at Heiser Toyota were very patient and welcoming. I requested a quiet area to work, and I was provided an empty office with a door in an outlet, very gracious of them.
