Unacceptable and a waste of time. My wife came to the dealership for an oil change and asked the attendant to take alook at the chirping sound the car was making becaue it makes this n My wife came to the dealership for an oil change and asked the attendant to take alook at the chirping sound the car was making becaue it makes this noise when the car is in the drive position as to say the door is ajar. Once the oil change was completed there was no mention of her request but a list of other things that she did not mention. She was appalled with the service and mention to me that she would not return. More
