Forgot to tighten valve caps Normally great service. I brought my Highlander in for a oil change. They also check and fill tires if needed. I found out about 4 days later that the valve stem covers on all the tires were completely loose. I knew because one was missing and then I checked the rest and found out they were all the way loose. I had to take my Highlander back in and have the tires rechecked and they replaced all my caps. Thank you for that. I wasn't happy at first, but you redeemed yourselves. It just had seemed like the job wasn't all the way complete at first. I always get great service from Heiser Toyota and appreciate! More

Financing was a painless process, and they gave me more money for my trade-in than I had anticipated. They broke down everything I needed to know in a way I could understand. I give a 4 out of 5 stars because at times they did seem a little rushed to get paperwork and things in order, that I barely had time to think and take it all in! Overall though, very genuine service, and staff that weren't even working with me treated me with the same respect as if I was their client. Job well done, and I LOVE my new car! More
