The first man at the service desk was whining about having to do extra work to check the warranty for my tire kept repeating how time consuming it would be. I knew it would be covered. I reminded him this was his job unless he wanted to pay the $400. I’m sure he just wanted to go home as he was working later than he was supposed to…he let me know this area times. sure enough after 15 minutes he got the approval. Zero stars for the actual service department 5000 stars for my sales agent that I bought the car from. Drop the car off for a three hour job. Three weeks later the car was done. The only conversation with for my sales agent that I bought the car from. Drop the car off for a three hour job. Three weeks later the car was done. The only conversation with the service department was for them to tell me, it was not going to be done in three hours, and that they had a loaner for me to take home. After that point, my sales agent was the only person I had conversation with and updates from. When I came to actually pick my car up, service department couldn’t even be bothered to find my paperwork and give me my key. Went to the cashier and unfortunately, she tried to find the paperwork in my key, but could not. My sales agent happen to be working so we found him, and he explained where our paperwork was and where the key was and went and got them for us. I am supposed to bring my car back in sometime in December for an oil change and with the way the service department handled my car this last round. I am really not confident they know how to do that but I’m hoping they will. More
