Very disappointed with Dana schliz she shouldn't be allowed to deal with public. This is the second time now that she made me feel uncomfortable asking questions her tone and attitude she is not a peo allowed to deal with public. I've been getting serviced here for about 2 years. Today was the first time that I was told that I only need an oil change everything 10K miles. The sticker that is placed inside of the car always has that was the first time that I was told that I only need an oil change everything 10K miles. The sticker that is placed inside of the car always has that the next change is due in 5K miles. Had I known that, I wouldn't come so often. My encounters with Heiser thus far have felt slimy. Once this car is paid off I will never purchase another vehicle from here again. More
