Fantastic as always. I have been fortunate to be dealing with Andrea Kass for 20 years. She has always gone above and beyond for me and my entire extended family. My 85 ye I have been fortunate to be dealing with Andrea Kass for 20 years. She has always gone above and beyond for me and my entire extended family. My 85 year old dads lease came up again. Andrea with her kind heart went out of her way above and beyond to get the exact car my dad wanted. The service compassion and kindness this woman has is beyond special. I live in St james and literally can walk 5 minutes and I hit the St. James mercedes Benz dealership. I drive to Bayside which is an hour from me for 20 years because of Andrea. Not only does she know all her cars but she is an amazing salesperson as well as so kind. Helms brothers is surely lucky to have such an employee. More

So happy with my new car ! Herman was so professional, courteous, and knowledgeable on different cars I was looking into. Will definitely come to him if we want a new car later in the future. My only dislike was on part of the dealership.. there are no changing tables in any restroom to accommodate parents. At the time of purchase I had my son with me.. he’s a little over 1yr. Herman was very kind and nice.
