Delivery / Customer service extremely disappointing Delivery was delayed by salesman Erick twice, first for a day off, then because he did not get the insurance transfer done in time. On the third try h Delivery was delayed by salesman Erick twice, first for a day off, then because he did not get the insurance transfer done in time. On the third try he delivered the car three hours late because "he was with another client". I reminded him that I too was a client. During the sale, he assured us that the car had Sirius radio. When I contacted Sirius to start my 6 month trial, I found out the car did not have satellite radio, contrary to Erick's assurance and contrary to the MB brochure in the car which told how to activate the free trial. Then MB took the car back for 2 days to establish Sirius and was unable to do so. On the next trip back to MB (4/13), a temporary fix with Sirius via my mobile phone was set up, and a 3 month date was set by MB to figure out how to integrate satellite radio into the vehicle system. This interim fix is inconvenient and requires log in each time I start the car. It also uses telephone battery and mobile data. Accordingly, this solution is unsatisfactory. I have zero confidence.whether MB can solve the situation. MB should be appalled at both this dealer's ineptness, and their lack of knowledge about the features of their newest vehicles. More

Even though the car I wanted originally wanted wasn’t available, he called me personally to tell me he found another car with same features but with different seats. So after the distance hurdle everything went smoothly. Had great communication with Jun and Dennis Kwong and delivery arrangements we're handled. Upon receiving the car it was as nice as described.
