Superb Experience I have been thinking of replacing for my Mercedes E 320 for the the past six months, I have visited several Mercedes dealers, I did not have the sam I have been thinking of replacing for my Mercedes E 320 for the the past six months, I have visited several Mercedes dealers, I did not have the same feelings as when I purchased the ML 500, nor the E 320.My husband and I decided to go back to the Bayside dealer where we had purchased the E320 My God, the salesman Mr Jeffrey Stampler, is a wonderful Human being, he made us feel like a family member, very patient,friendly, extremely knowledgeable , polite, and caring. I live over an hour from Helms Mercedes, this is why I had no desire to drive to the Bayside dealer and beside the previous salesman who sold me the E320, retired....After visiting three other dealers we decided take the long ride to Helms. I am so happy that we went to Helms because we met Mr Jeffrey Stampler, the best salesman ever. , He made us feel like a family member, I felt like I knew him for years, he!s honest and trust worthy, I felt like he was part of my family,, very understanding, no pressure.,he even made a follow up call to make sure that I was satisfied with my new car CLS400, and he give me his personal number to contact him if I ever have a concern /problem .Thank you so much for the wonderful experience,Mr Sampler you are my hero.
