A GLK 350 for my father, a E350 for myself were purchased and a GLK350 was just leased for my wife. So I believe that this brings my total number of vehicles rolled out of their doors at 5 or 6, so you can believe me when I say that I am a repeat customer! The vehicles are just that, vehicles... safe, dependable and above all, Mercedes-Benz! You know your family is safe on the road when all the distracted drivers out there are lurking, or when you are driving alone, tempting the speed limit on a clean stretch of freshly paved highway asphalt! Now, the dealership... the dealership is what counts when you make a purchase AND when you service your vehicle. I can whole heartedly say, without a doubt, that if it were not for the people that are there for me, I would not be taking the time to write this review. You hear it again and again; They treat you like family... blah, blah, blah... but I'm telling you.. they treat you like family!! From the minute you walk in, to the minute you drive off, to the minute you service your vehicle(s), to the minute you do it all over again! I have never, in my life, been treated so well. If you are in the market for a vehicle, do yourself a favor and go to Helms! I did it years ago and haven't given it a second thought since! Especially when it comes to service during the purchasing process of a new car. I am very delighted to report that my car buying experience at Helms Brothers exceeded expectation. Andrea Kass was my sales partner and she made the process very easy. She worked with me over phone and email for the entire process so I could stay focused at work and home. I decided to pick the car up in person or else she was ready and willing to deliver it to me personally wherever I was. I'm glad I did go int to pick up the car because the show room experience was just as excellent as Andrea herself. The showroom can be described as clean, well designed, comfortable, filled with smiling faces, and a no pressure environment. I felt very welcomed and comfortable. In comparison, I did go to two other dealers who had similarly nice showrooms but lacked the sense of togetherness that I got from Helms. Another reason why I went with Helms was because of their service department reputation. I would highly suggest considering Helms for the purchase or service of your Mercedes no matter where you live - they seem to find a way to make distance neither an inconvenience or a customer service level factor. What an excellent experience....HASSLE FREE...SMOOTH...QUICK I usually don't write reviews for anything but dealing with Michael Altamura and his management team yesterday was an awesome experience. Mike and I were able to finalize the car I needed over the phone/email as it was being custom ordered a month ago. I didn't have to go to the dealership at all. I picked it up yesterday and it met all the specifications as discussed. Unlike other dealerships Helms Bros is a no pressure environment and they don't force you to add services/products if you don't want to. The manager Greg did diligently go over it to ensure I was aware of the benefits. I was in and out of the dealership very quickly and it was my first visit during this entire experience buying the car. I even turned in my existing leased MB to them and they took care of everything very smoothly while I waited for my new vehicle. 10 out of 10 to this dealership and their staff for excellent service. This will be my go to dealership in the future. More
