What an excellent experience....HASSLE FREE...SMOOTH...QUICK I usually don't write reviews for anything but dealing with Michael Altamura and his management team yesterday was an awesome experience. Mike and I were able to finalize the car I needed over the phone/email as it was being custom ordered a month ago. I didn't have to go to the dealership at all. I picked it up yesterday and it met all the specifications as discussed. Unlike other dealerships Helms Bros is a no pressure environment and they don't force you to add services/products if you don't want to. The manager Greg did diligently go over it to ensure I was aware of the benefits. I was in and out of the dealership very quickly and it was my first visit during this entire experience buying the car. I even turned in my existing leased MB to them and they took care of everything very smoothly while I waited for my new vehicle. 10 out of 10 to this dealership and their staff for excellent service. This will be my go to dealership in the future. More

My first Mercedes Benz - wonderful experience at Helms Bros. I was driving a BMW X3 but not too happy with it. I walked in Helms Bros. & met Jason as recommended by my friend. I asked for a similar size 4x4 SUV I was driving a BMW X3 but not too happy with it. I walked in Helms Bros. & met Jason as recommended by my friend. I asked for a similar size 4x4 SUV since I am tiny. He recommended GLA & GLK. Jason is very polite, friendly, professional, patient & knowledgeable about all Mercedes models. I went back next day with my husband to test drive. He cleaned up the snow & offered us a test drive on GLA, GLK & C300. I had chosen the loaded GLK350 & picked up 2 days later. Jason was so patient to teach us how to use our first Mercedes. It was great pleasure to have Jason to assist us. We had wonderful experience with Jason at Helms Bros. Jeff Stampler is awesome!! I recently bought my first Mercedes, 2015 CLA 250, and I love it!! We had a few minor issues within the first few weeks after picking up the car but I recently bought my first Mercedes, 2015 CLA 250, and I love it!! We had a few minor issues within the first few weeks after picking up the car but Jeff took care of everything for me.
