Received the wonderful helps from JP Charvet and Mike Altamura, who're professional with the great courtesy. It's my 1st MB after some of BMW/Lexus. This was our second experience at Helms Bros., and I have to say that it was terrific. Both times, the entire process was pleasant, professional, and easy, which is something you rarely hear about going to a to say that it was terrific.
