Well, I am NOT returning as a customer and will make sure that NONE of my friends and colleagues even considers HELMS BROS. The service staff don't give update of status. Just like what my title is. Also, they don't return your call, and they don't have a loaner car for warranty repair. They had to rent a car from enter Just like what my title is. Also, they don't return your call, and they don't have a loaner car for warranty repair. They had to rent a car from enterprice which asked me to pay extra insurance. I have never experienced that from rallye acura. I will consider try rallye benz for my next service. But I have pre-paid maitenance program, I don't know I can switch or not. But I really don't recommand this service center. More

It's been six months now since I bought a car from this dealership and my only regret is that I wish had had came here sooner. Best decision ever made and superior service. They definitely know the meaning of quality service and sticking to their word. I never felt pressured into buying my car here and it was just a pleasant experience. Highly recommend dealing with Jeffrey Stampler. There should be more guys like him in this world and I don't say that very often. More

This so far the one dealership that I trust and can rely on. The quality of the service is superb. I haven't experienced any check up that they cannot fix or diagnosed. They even identify and fix the protential problem to ensure my car is on top shape. My car is handed to me with interior and exterior cleaning even just for the inspection. Old school service but way to go! More
