David did not rush me in any way as I moved through the decision making process. The options offered by Porsche are numerous, and he helped me analyze the various combinations to configure my vehicle. This could have been a little overwhelming, but David handled the process effortless. Purchasing a car can be stressful, but David put me at ease very quickly. He answered my numerous questions/concerns in a professional concise manner. I must say this was my best experience in purchasing a vehicle. All of the people at Hennessy Porsche are friendly, and the environment is genuine. David also went over my vehicle options on the day of my vehicle "drive-out" in a concise manner. Locating the Panamera we had our hearts set on was a frustrating experience before we stopped in and met Chris Morea. Because of that, next time we are in the market for a Porsche, he will certainly be our first stop. Mark Venti who is in charge of the whole operation was nice enough to come over and introduce himself and offer his cell number for any future customer service needs which was a pleasant surprise. Once we made it to finance, Jamie Holt was able to make sense of actually financing the vehicle as oppose to writing a check, allowing us to leave a significant sum of money in the market and broke down the cost of financing in comparison to a potential gain in my stock. Wow! What car dealer does this? Having bought many cars in my lifetime, I have to say this had to be the best! Thank you guys for making it awesome for my wife and I. We will be back! More

He gave us his opinions on other manufacturer's we were considering and also shared his personal experience with the Macan S that were helpful to making our decision. On the test drive, Mike was patient in answering all of our questions and offering other information about all the features and in what conditions/situations we would use them. Hands down, we decided on the Macan S. We found exactly what we were looking for in inventory on the parking deck still in shrink-wrap. Jamey got us thru the financing and paperwork very quickly and we were happy with the finance rate offered by Porsche, All-in-all it was a pleasurable sales experience and we felt we received a fair trade-in value and a good deal on the new vehicle. Our Macan S was ready to go for our pick-up appointment and I feel confident that Mike will be available to answer any questions after the fact that may come up. More
