Service started out great. We were sent to Phil to order our truck. After that everything was downhill. It was extremely difficult to get updates as calls and texts went unanswered, when I was given an upda our truck. After that everything was downhill. It was extremely difficult to get updates as calls and texts went unanswered, when I was given an update it was a picture of a computer screen with codes that I had no knowledge of. I got my best information and updates from GMC’s Facebook page or the chat feature on their website. I was asked to come in several weeks before my truck was ready to sign financing paperwork so by the time my truck was actually delivered to me I only had 2 weeks before my first payment was due. Upon procession of the truck, which is black so EVERYTHING shows, it was covered in scratches. I had already made an appointment to have my brand new truck ceramic coated where I was charged $600 for imperfections (scratches), which should have never been an issue with a truck fresh off the lot. With no help from my salesman, I was able to get management to reimburse the additional costs I endured. After spending over $80,000 and waiting over 2 months I guess I just expected more. I expected updates when asked for them, I expected the accessories I asked my salesman to add to be on my truck, I expected a grace period between my down payment and my first loan payment, I expected a clean shiny truck free from defects. Several times I was asked if I owned a business and I’m not quite sure why this matters. Maybe I wasn’t as important as a business owner that comes in every year to buy new vehicles and that’s why I was treated as such. More
