Exceptional Customer Service I began my conversation with Ajah via email. She was professional and responsive. I had been going to many other dealerships, debating to lease or buy I began my conversation with Ajah via email. She was professional and responsive. After a quick email exchange with Ajah, I made a visit to Herb Chambers where I was handed over to Abdou. While the car I was originally interested in sold right before my eyes, Abdou was kind and patient and assured me that we'd find a car in my price range. I felt calm and trusted Abdou right away because he was honest and transparent, but never made me feel like I wouldn't eventually be a BMW owner even though I thought it was a pipe dream. An hour after I left the dealership, Abdou called me and got permission to lease a previous year vehicle to me and he assured me it was in my price range. The rest is history! Couldn't have been a more seamless process in what is usually a dreaded experience. More
