I I had a very good experience at Herb Chambers BMW of Boston. I bought the car at Herb Chambers earlier this year and went in for my first oil change and an overall check up. The team was very thorough and provided me with great service. Most importantly, they explained the types of things they would be Looking for during the overall inspection of the car. I actually got a video where they detailed all the checks that they made under the car. The wait time was a little long, approximately an hour and 45 minutes, but they have a pretty comfortable area where you can sit and work on a laptop or read. More

I am not sure what I would do without Matt Krappe and his team at Herb Chambers. I had been on the road quite a bit and did not realize I was late for my 1st year service on my X6. In addition, I had let my team at Herb Chambers. I had been on the road quite a bit and did not realize I was late for my 1st year service on my X6. In addition, I had let my sticker run out and the local town authorities aren't shy about pulling people over for that these days. Paying a surcharge for an expired inspection sticker is a real kick in the .... (believe me). When I reached out to Herb Chambers, Matt went out of his way to get me in there ASAP and turn the car around within a day. He informed me of a recall that would require him to order some parts and assured me he would get me in for that as soon as he had everything in hand. Matt and team do a fantastic job. The car came back as clean and shiny as the day I took delivery. I had a great experience when I bought the car last year and getting serviced by surprisingly by Matt and team exceeded my expectations again. Great job and thanks again! More
