I had my BMW serviced at BMW - Boston. Very Professional and friendly. The service manager (Julieth) was excellent and a very good listener to my situation. They even washed my BMW at the Very Professional and friendly. The service manager (Julieth) was excellent and a very good listener to my situation. They even washed my BMW at the end of the service before returning my car to me. I bought my other car from a Herb Chambers dealership and that was an equally excellent experience.
