I especially appreciated HC policy on test drives for the rather pricey car I purchased. With Steven, I showed up and he took me out for a test drive. I had inquired at another dealer about a test drive and I was asked "20 questions" on whether I was serious about a purchase and got so annoyed I passed on the drive. More

I emailed Nick at the dealership to get some lease quotes and he got back to me right away. He went above and beyond to locate the car that I wanted. I went to the dealership today and was able to turn in and he got back to me right away. He went above and beyond to locate the car that I wanted. I went to the dealership today and was able to turn in my car and drive off with my new car in 2 1/2 hours. Everything went very smoothly. More
