I have to say, as a woman, I am usually pretty stressed whenever I take my car in for service anywhere but this time was a great experience from the very start! I was able to book my appointment when it was convenient for me. My service advisor Brian made me feel comfortable by going over what the estimated cost of the repairs I needed and he also let me know that he would call if anything else cropped up once the mechanic took a look at the engine so that I would have the option to decide if I wanted to repair whatever else that needed to be done while my car was there. He called when my car was ready and there were no surprises when I picked up my car. A great experience! Thank you! More
