Pathetic I made an appointment with Thomas Meier to evaluate the failing paint on my 7 year old civic that fell under a 7 year extended warranty. He told me h I made an appointment with Thomas Meier to evaluate the failing paint on my 7 year old civic that fell under a 7 year extended warranty. He told me he would call me the same evening of my appointment to tell me whether Honda would approve the extension that would most likely be needed to complete the job. He did not call me that night. I had made arrangements to have my daughter meet me at the dealership the next day so I could drop my car off, as Mr. Meier said would be what I would need to do. I called twice the following morning, was told he was busy with other customers, and redirected to someone else in the service department who redirected my call to Tom. I left two messages on his voice mail. I realized that he most likely had no intention of helping me so I went to another dealership. He finally called me at 4pm that afternoon and said "How can I help you?" Really? He had nothing to say about the information he was supposed to have for me. I told him I was not happy with his unprofessional behavior and that I took my business elsewhere. His response, "Sorry". He gave no explanation of his lack of follow through. There at least could have been a courtesy call to tell me what the hold up was. He had no idea why I called.!!! Pathetic!! Do not deal with Thomas Meier. I don't want to judge an entire service department on the actions of one person, but Mr. Meier has a poor work ethic and no respect for his customers needs or time. My family owns three Honda Civics. This dealership has lost 3 potential customers. More
