Car Purchase Everyone I spoke with was more than willing to help us out. I went into the dealership with a financed car that I wanted traded in, from the first emp Everyone I spoke with was more than willing to help us out. I went into the dealership with a financed car that I wanted traded in, from the first employee that greeted us, John Mitchell, to the finance team, specifically Bill Panaccione, everyone was looking to get us the best deal. The dealership itself is stocked with snacks, fresh popcorn, drinks, and a pretty awesome coffee/hot chocolate/espresso machine. John took us outside to test drive the car we were interested in, helped us in anyway he could with the getting us the best deal and stuck with us through the lengthy process of me having to go back and forth on the phone with insurance companies to make sure that the insurance would work out as well. Although the price was higher than I anticipated spending this team made sure to show me all my options and helped me to make my decision. More
