Today I went in, looking to buy my own car after driving my first car (an '04 Ford Escape my parents bought for me on Craigslist) for almost 4 years throughout high school and college. The service was awesome right when we walked in. Sam helped us and went above and beyond to make sure my mother and I were comfortable and that my car needs were met. I ended up with a used 2013 Hybrid Honda Civic that I love and can't wait to pick up tomorrow! The car is in wonderful condition and the price couldn't be beat by other dealers. Both Sam and Emilio made sure that I got the best deal for my money and I genuinely appreciate the time and care they put into my first car buying experience. Neither of them were pushy salesmen, and they really made the experience personal for me. Albert went above and beyond to assist me in finding a car that fit my budget and meet the specifications I wanted. He far exceeded my service expectations by asking his manager if he could assist in removing the plates from my old car because I did not have the tools to do it. He also setup my phone to the Bluetooth feature in my new car and was genuinely pleasant, patient and hospitable throughout my experience at Herb Chambers. I truly feel that this dealership was certainly the best compared to the other dealerships I dealt with. At the final steps, financing staff was very informative and helped me select additional warranty items that made sense for a pre-owned vehicle. Herb should be bursting with pride given the excellent experience the staff is providing customers. In Rhode Island, word of mouth really matters.
