Because I needed the car right away and have strict work hours, it was difficult for me to be able to arrange to be at the dealership to wait for the vin check and registration, etc. Rancier came twice to my work in order to pickup my car and get all of my paperwork done for me so I would not have to miss work or be without a car for even a day. Feeling comfortable buying a new car Christopher is easy to talk to, and puts the customer at ease. He got a model and a couple of colors I was interested in. After deciding on the car a different color was chosen. Paper work was ready, he got the car ready to drive away. Bill in the finance deptartment explained different options to chooses from. He was great to work with. Maintaince department did a great job to get the car ready so fast. Very good experience purchasing the car. More

My sales consultant went above and beyond Although the no haggling over price is a bit of a turn-off, my sales consultant, John Vieiro, was excellent. He came to pick-up from my residence, Although the no haggling over price is a bit of a turn-off, my sales consultant, John Vieiro, was excellent. He came to pick-up from my residence, about 30 mins away, and streamlined the prices of the sale. The final process was a bit rough as it took over 3 hours to complete the transaction, even though I was paying the car in full in person, no financing was involved whatsoever. Other than that, I HIGHLY recommend John to anyone. More
