Rancier greeted my father and I as we walked through the door and within minutes we were out on a test drive. Rancier thoroughly explained my options and answered every question I had about the car. Back at the dealership my 2006 Accord was evaluated, and I was given a clear print-out displaying my lease options and the amount they were offering for my trade-in. Rancier also thankfully informed me there was a discount for recent college graduates, saving me an additional $500 that I otherwise wouldn't even have been aware of. The whole team at Herb Chambers was very accommodating when it came to making certain I received the discount. I hadn't obtained my official diploma from school yet, but Rancier, Emilio, and Adriel all helped to ensure I was able to pick up my new CR-V, and receive that discount without delay. Picking up the new car just a few days later was a breeze. Rancier thoroughly went through the vehicle with my girlfriend and I, and even topped off the gas when he noticed it was just shy of a full tank. I couldn't have been happier with my experience and my new 2016 CR-V. But with my upcoming trip to Maryland I heard some noise behind my dash and figured I'd get it looked at being that I'm the nervous type on long trips. I was absolutely ecstatic and relieved when my consultant Dave welcomed me and my daughter into your shop I could just tell when I was greeted with a smile and a happy time that this was gonna be my best experience, he even procured me a loner vehicle and throughly I mean thoroughly explained what was happening with my Vehicle without making me feel like a dumb girl, he spent in an inordinate amount of time making me understand why and the what if where the 800$ bill was going too and I thoroughly appreciate that. While Trying To Buy Car It was "Sold" I recently went to Honda Seekonk to purchase a used Mercedes, I was not sure if I wanted a C class or E class but decided on a E class after looking a I recently went to Honda Seekonk to purchase a used Mercedes, I was not sure if I wanted a C class or E class but decided on a E class after looking at a few cars. I told Dave the vehicle I wanted discussed price and he pulled a "carfax" to prove condition of the car. Unfortunatly due to some credit issues I was not able to get an approval until the next day. Dave called me the next morning telling me they are still working on the deal but it will take some time. I know this was going to be a long process so I just waited and hoped for the best. 8 hours later Dave called me to tell me I was approved but needed a larger downpayment BUT the car I wanted was "picked up" by another dealer and not available. I expressed my dissapointment that the whole day I was trying to purchase the vehicle we agreed apon the day prior only to find out it was gone before I could get an approval. I cant express how angry I am that the car I wanted to buy is now in Boston and priced 5 thousand dollars more than the price we had agreed on. Basically Herb Chambers cares more about 5 grand than there customers. More

He listened, he led me to the cars I was interested in, he was informative and worked very hard to give me options. After spending several hours with him, I left in a Honda CR-V that I absolutely love. I couldn't have asked for a better salesperson that Cornelius. He was attentive without being pushy, he was informative, knew the car, inside and out, and provided excellent customer service throughout the process.
