Enter Herb Chambers ....My wife wasn't happy with the deal one of them was offering her on a 2012 CRV and went to see Cliff at Herb Chambers in Seekonk, MA. Cliff was able to give her a deal taking her 2001 CRV in trade that worked. After taking delivery of a 2014 CRV from Cliff very recently she suggested I go see him. I had a 2011 Accord lease that was nearing it end and I wanted to see what deal I could get on a new Accord. Out of habit I went to see one of the RI dealers. The result was me leaving with that "take it or leave it" feeling. They didn't solve my problem. I went to see Cliff at Herb Chambers. After taking all the pertinent numbers Cliff saw I was in the situation the other guys said I was in ,,,, The difference was Cliff had a solution to my problem. He suggested a different model in a 2013 Accord where the dealership had more wiggle room to give me the car I wanted at a price I was willing to pay. Problem Solved! The moral of the story is: Go to the Dealership where the salespeople are problem solvers not adversaries. If the other sales people there are as good as Cliff then you can't lose at Herb Chambers Honda. PS I don't want to forget Kevin who showed me all the ins and outs of my new Accord's technology. He obviously knew the car inside and out. He was able to quickly show me all the toys I would be interested learning about. He had my iphone and the Accord synced in no time. We were listening to my Pandora stations as he showed me the rest of the cool things this car was capable of doing. Great people, great experience overall! More

At those places, I was either let down by their inventory or thrown off by the hard line sales pitch. 30 minutes after I walked other dealerships. Because I had a Honda Pilot for 6 years I knew I wanted another Honda. I wanted to downsize so I knew I wanted the CR-V.
