When he recognized we wanted to discuss our options he excused himself to give us privacy. He came in on his day off to be sure all of our paperwork and registration was ready for us and walked us over to Mellaine for an inspection sticker and check on a minor problem encountered between picking up the car and getting the sticker. They even washed the car after servicing. I would recommend Chris to anyone who wants a no pressure experience with a knowledgeable sales rep. More

He was patient, listened to our needs and wasn't pushy. Jeff may be new to car sales, but he has the right attitude and knows how to work with people as individuals. He will have a great career selling cars if he chooses to. We were glad he was our sales person. He has already called us a few times to be sure we are happy and answer any questions that we may have. I drive all the way from Grafton, MA, even though there's a Herb Chambers Honda dealership only a few miles from our home. Why? Whoever gives us the best offer wins; no quibbling, no second chances. The Plymouth dealer was much closer to us distance-wise, but the 1997 Honda CR-V we traded was bought at Herb Chambers Honda in Seekonk and our Lexus was also bought from a Herb Chambers dealership. Herb Chambers Honda in this purchase situation came out about $400 lower and there was a startling difference in professionalism (think the comparison of hospitals in Boston with any other hospitals anywhere). These guys are great, start to finish. The experience was fast, totally professional, and customer-focused. They even gave us $1000 for our '97 which had almost 393,000 miles on it. Perfect car, fantastic dealership. Go. Our sales person was Andrew Beaulieu who is the best; ask for him by name and mention Jeff Berger's review. More

Good experience. Dean was responsive, patient and very personable. I would have liked a better price on the trade-in but that was not up to Dean.
