I had been searching for a new car for months and was unable to find one I liked in my price range. When I saw the certified 2010 Honda Accord EX-L V-6 on the lot, I couldn't believe the price. $4000 bel unable to find one I liked in my price range. I was at Herb Chambers of Seekonk in the first place because my mother, God Bless Her, had a stroke a year and a half ago and can't drive a standard anymore. We bought her a brand new Honda Civic that she loves, from Brian DelSeseto. He took such good care of us that when I took my mother's car in for an oil change and he wasn't due in for another 2 hours, I chose to leave and come back, so that I could deal with Brian. I bought that Accord from Brian DelSesto, he is the best salesman ever. I LOVE MY CAR!! More

I stumbled upon Herb Chambers of Seekonk quite by accident. I was searching for an EV (electric vehicle) and had narrowed my search to the Honda Fit EV. At the time they were the only dealer in the s accident. I was searching for an EV (electric vehicle) and had narrowed my search to the Honda Fit EV. At the time they were the only dealer in the state with one on the lot. Honda is only planning on leasing 1100 of them and they had only very recently been made available to folks in the northeast. I called Herb Chambers Honda and was put in touch with Jeff Botelho, a sales associate there. He was very helpful in what became a very lengthy process. Since this vehicle was the first and only Honda Fit EV yet to be registered in the state of Rhode Island there were to be some stumbling blocks with the DMV. Surprise. The DMV had to create a new database form for this vehicle which had never existed before in their system. This required various documents to be exchanged between Honda corporate, the dealer and the DMV over many days to complete the process. Jeff gave me his personal phone number and we were in contact almost daily as he gave me updates on the registration process. On more than one occasion he would call me on his day off if he had heard any updates! Jeff worked tirelessly to make this all a pleasant experience. Thanks to Jeff I now have the first Honda Fit EV in the state of Rhode Island! I've been loving the car ever since. Thanks Jeff! More

So after spending years away from my family deployed and nursing my old truck along for years. My family finally convinced me that I deserve to get a car that was produced in the modern era and not my truc nursing my old truck along for years. So I went to Herb Chambers Honda in Seekonk picked out a used 2010 Chevrolet signed the papers approved for financing and low and behold they didn’t even have possession of the title. No biggie wait a day wait two days, now no one is returning my calls I get hung up on by the dealership. WOW, already transferred the insurance from my truck to the car I thought I purchased from Herb Chambers, so here I am cant legally drive my truck because I transferred the insurance, USAA not to happy to have to rewrite my policy again so I have to wait till Monday. This would have been my first ever car purchase from a major dealership, THANK YOU HERB CHAMBERS for my first experience being so disturbing I in all honesty will never shop any of your dealerships again and I will would encourage my friends and fellow veterans when looking for a vehicle to shop elsewhere. I recently purchased a 2010 certified pre-owned Honda Insight here. This was my 4th time purchasing a vehicle here, and my family's 8th transaction with this dealership. Mike Rebola was very friendly and Insight here. This was my 4th time purchasing a vehicle here, and my family's 8th transaction with this dealership. Mike Rebola was very friendly and informative, even staying past his scheduled hours twice to accommodate my schedule in the signing of the papers and the delivery of the car. When I signed the papers, Paul Zito was the finance manager who helped me. Not only did he get me a great deal on the financing, he was very succinct in his explanation of all of my options and what I was signing. A few days after I drove away in the car I experienced a problem with the passenger window going up and down and Tim Islip in the service department helped me get the issue resolved at no cost to me, and with very little of my time spent. Bottom line; this experience reminded me why I have made the decision to do business here 7 times in the past, and I will do business here again, in addition to servicing my Insight here. And I LOVE my new car! I was coming out of a car with a lot more features and thought i was making a sacrifice to cut costs, but this car has exceeded my expectations in every way. More
