Once we narrowed it down to a lease he then walked us though several possible leasing options on several different cars. All while making sure we understood every step. He had the sales manager go over everything he told us to hopfully make us comfortable with our decision on leasing a new Honda Pilot. A few days later when my Pilot was ready for delivery we were supposed to get a blizzard and he even offered to deliver it to my house for me if I wasnt comfortable picking it up! Luckily it was ready a day early! He had my Pilot warmed and ready for me when I got there. Kevin Raymond met us and at that point and took his time going over all the features in my new Pilot. His light hearted conversation made it a comfortable environment and he did an excellent job making sure I understood how everything works (not the easiest thing). At the end of his "tutorial" he gave me his business card and said I could call him anytime with any questions. I have owned my Pilot for two weeks now and David Najarian has stayed in contact just to make sure I was still happy and everything was going well with my new Pilot! If thats not true customer service, I dont know what is! Thank you Dave and Kevin! You guys have made my Leasing experience extreamly pleasurable! As I bounced back and forth between the Civic and the CRV I was quite sure I would hit his last nerve at some point. I found quite the opposite in Mohamed. He was kind, courteous and went over each and every detail in length. He explained the programs, pricing and broke down all of the 'fine print' for me in user friendly terms. I was overly impressed with his ability to compensate for my lack of technical terms. I walked away with not only the vehicle of my choice but the feeling like I was his only customer! This was hugh. I have been in car dealerships in the past where the salesperson was juggling between customers and left me feeling like I was intruding on their time. This was certainly not the case with Mohamed. A true professional in every sense. My wife and I visited your showroom on 10Feb13 to test drive a Crosstour. We were immediately greeted by Lauren Surowiec who followed-up with me regarding providing me an internet quote and for schedulin drive a Crosstour. Upon arrival, Lauren referrred us to one of your sales agents, Mohamed Hussain, who we spent the next several hours test driving the Crosstour and Odyssey. We ultimately decided to purchase a 2013 Odyssey. Mohamed managed the negotiation process very well between us and his Sales Manager. We both left feeling that a fair deal was made with regard to our trade-in against our new Odyssey purchase along with working with us on discounting some of the many options and accessories we decided to purchase. Both Lauren and Mohamed were a pleasure to deal as was Bill Panaccione regarding financing options. We recieved a prompt follow-up from Michael Krawczyk, Business Development Manager to make sure we were happy with the service we recieved. We took delivery of our new Odyssey 2 days later as planned. Mohammed ensured that our new van was absoultely flawless when we took delivery and that all options purchased were properly installed. Samantha Elias, Delivery Specialist, reviewed all the features of the car and helped set up the Nav and voice command system. My wife and I look forward to having many years of trouble-free maintenance with our new van and having it serviced with you. I bought a 2011 Honda fit sport (orange) in 2011 a little disappointed because the purple one was not made that year (love the car) from Homero.Great experience, I went in for regular maintenance this week ( disappointed because the purple one was not made that year (love the car) from Homero.Great experience, I went in for regular maintenance this week (just before the "big snow storm" }and decided to ask a salesman what my payment would be if I traded it in for a 2013 PURPLE (the color that caught my eye originally), Mehdi worked with me and turns out the answer was $2 more a month! I did it !I was thrilled. Tim took my service order for maintenance and was great! I had to "train" myself to be patient and wait for the "wrench" light for the oil change and was panicked because the first time I did, it came on the morning the day before the Storm! They took me that night and were able to appraise my car during the maintenance. Tim made an effort to congratulate me on the purchase and the sales department paid for the maintenance! Doesn't get much better than that! But it does! My other regret besides the color of my fit was that I had not put the "auto start" feature in so I decided to add that before I took the new car. All of the people I have dealt with at this Dealership have given me EXCELLENT service. Including the 'finance' guy from the original purchase (I tried to find his picture above but was not sure which one BUT I do remember that experience as favorable as well'. I can hardly wait to pick up my new fit when it arrives and I anticipate that experience to go just as well. PRIOR to Herb Chambers experience, I had found car salesmen to be rude,pushy,'shifty' and would not have even considered the dealership maintenance because they had ALL been just AWFULL on the first scheduled maintenance(I always tried to start at the dealership first for maintenance but never continued after 1st visit) NOT the case at THIS Herb Chambers. I am a 53 year old woman and this is the 8th car I have bought. this is also the 1st time I buy a 2nd car from the SAME dealership! More
