Jeff conducted himself as a true professional, he was very knowledgeable, honest, accommodating, friendly, in no way put any pressure, and was willing to go the extra mile. It took me a couple visits and a few test drives to pick my car, and Jeff was patient and helpful in every step. He was not only knowledgeable but very honest in describing the performance metrics of a vehicle, allowing me to have more confidence in my purchase. Jeff made sure to make every step as smooth as possible and made sure the paperwork and other post sale stuff was done as quickly as possible, he even had a rim touch up done on the car before I picked it up. When our lease was up in 2012 we decided to go back and once again David made sure we were completely satisfied and got us into a new 2012 Honda.
