In our case, we transitioned into our first Lincoln lease from another car maker. The customer service from everyone at the dealership was excellent. We found the staff to be incredibly knowledgable, patient and relaxed. Additionally, we felt that everyone was honest and sincere. Every employee with whom we interacted, shared our enthusiasm and excitement they day we picked up our vehicle. To us, this meant that they take great pride in their work. Lastly, they got us into the EXACT vehicle that we wanted - we love it! We'll see how things go over the next three years.
