The show room is like being in a MINI dream and I was in heaven. The MINI was my dream car and I was so lucky to get David to help me make it the dream come true. We test drove several and when he finally discovered one that would be perfect for me, he let me leave! No pressure....when I came back the next day, he had the car for me to test drive, I filled out some paperwork and then he let me leave again! No pressure to sit there for hours while we go back and forth on price, extras, trade in, etc. I came back, signed all my paperwork with Moustafa, who was also a complete DELIGHT and then was able to leave with my DREAM CAR. The paperwork was easy to understand, transparent, concise and consumer-friendly. In the past, I was so confused and unsure of what I was agreeing to. Not here. Honesty and satisfaction seemed to motivate them. I loved David and cried when the car was officially mine and he was so happy for me. I said goodbye to everyone and was excited to be back there and could see myself only buying cars from David from now on....LOVE LOVE LOVE everything about this experience! Thank you! More

Excellent Experience with Brian, Love My Mini I keep my cars for a long time, but also know when it's time to get a new one and usually, I'm 95% sure which make/model I want. I'd browsed the Mini showroom on my own (was asked if I would like help, but I'm a initial "I'm just looking" type.) When I went in the next time I was sure I wanted to buy, but had no previous experience with Mini (I'd been a VW owner for 20+ years). Brian could not have been more helpful, explained the options, took me on a test drive, and in general was not about pressure but about making sure I got what I wanted in my new car. He found one for me with the features I wanted and never came on heavy re options I wasn't really interested in. I arrived, test drove a few cars, and made the deal with Brian in one short afternoon. A week later, I picked it up and Brian made sure I knew how to operate it all. I drove off with smile on my face that returns every time I get behind the wheel of my new Mini. Brian's followed up a few times just to see that everything's going well. (I needed a notarized letter stating that my trade in still had my resident parking sticker attached in order to get a new sticker for the Mini. Brian took care of getting that letter, so now I'm all set with my new parking sticker ... above and beyond the call of duty!) More
