Never do business with them again. the sales person was sick and no one else picked up the transaction. They did not inform me of delivery and then scheduled a date for me to pick up t the sales person was sick and no one else picked up the transaction. They did not inform me of delivery and then scheduled a date for me to pick up the car and it was not available on that date. Fortunately, I called ahead. They did not bother to call to tell me it was not going to ready. In the meantime, the person buying my car had already cancelled the insurance on their old car as of that date. Because it was a holiday weekend, this meant that she did not have an insured car for 3 days and the dealer was not able to do anything to help her out. More

Alyssa was my service advisor was outstanding. The service tech on the other hand not so much. I knew going into appointment that one tire was about a pound low on air. That’s what it showed on my Toyota app. The service tech never checked to see if all tires were at the proper level because the same tire shows that it is still lower than the other three. I would have assumed this would be part of the multipoint inspection. More
