It took over a week to wait for a chip component for my 2015 Prius but it wasn't the dealership's fault. The company is experiencing chip shortage and been dealing with it on a case by case basis. Luckily with the help of James and his crew, the request was approved and the component was delivered early Monday morning. The repair was done and got my car back in the afternoon.
