I drove 50 miles to get a car from these folks (Billerica to Auburn), and everyone was awesome. But Antony was A++++. No high pressure, just super friendly, and very knowledgeable. We hit a small delay/hitch with getting the plates the same day I was picking up the car, and he went over to the dept that was handling it, and got it resolved nicely. They cleaned up the car, washed it, and did all the things that needed to happen to the car. Everything ended up on time, and for a nice price. I HIGHLY recommend Antony, and also recommend Auburn Toyota. I got a used car there (it was a Buick, lol), and they were better than any Buick dealer I had been to. They really are super. Everyone there was super-friendly, and helpful. Guessing that management makes sure that everyone they hire is that way, and that says a lot about the ownership too. Nice place to go, and nice place to purchase a car from! Now if only Antony could find my wife a nice, not too old used Buick Encore, for a nice price - we'd come back again soon! As a Toyota dealer, someone would have to trade in a Buick Encore at this dealer, but if Antony gets a nice deal on one, I'll definitely buy that from him too!! More
