The downfall of this whole experience, is that in the months leading up to me finally leasing a new vehicle, I spoke with so many people, and had to explain myself over and over again, even though everything was documented. Also, there was not much follow-through other than Josh R., he was awesome! I was contacted very often by the Internet Sales Team, always different people, and I would get my hopes up, and come in, (the dealership is not close to my home either) thinking I might be able to get a deal, and no luck, until Josh! I was at two dealers previously and had the worst experience ever. As someone whose worked in customer service their whole life, I was astonished at how awful people treated you. Hundreds of deelers offering the same thing, only thing separating them is customer service. Monish was knowledgeable, helpful, didn’t try to tell me to look at another car that clearly I didn’t want, he was reasonable and polite and funny and personable. I cannnootttttt say enough great things about the personnel and Monish and Lauren and will recommend to everyone. More
