Great customer service, honest, reliable, I went to get my Prius serviced for a simple oil and filter change. I didn't have an appointment and pooped in hoping they might take me. They told me I went to get my Prius serviced for a simple oil and filter change. I didn't have an appointment and pooped in hoping they might take me. They told me how long I would wait and having time that day- said "why not." While waiting,I saw the Presidents Day sale. So I read some catalogs and took a stroll through the lot to look at the Prius's on the lot. After my car was ready, while paying for my service rendered, I asked about the sale and was told it was extended. Gabriela who had escorted me to the payment desk, informed me that it still going on. I found Gabriela to be warm, professional, friendly and efficient. She made an appointment so I returned after walking my dog. I met with Marque Hoenig and I told him that I was interested in the Prius C- picked a metallic blue car with split back seat for a test drive. We talked money and it fit my range. Marque was honest, straightforward, knowledgable, efficient and thorough. Most importantly he instilled confidence and DID NOT have a pushy sale approach ( which would have completely turned me off). I was thinking about buying a car next year to replace my 9 year old Prius but I was given such a wonderful deal that fit my needs - so next day, I returned- filled out paperwork and drove off with my new car. A truly easy seamless no pressure car buying experience. I will return when I'm ready for another Prius! More
