Kennedy Lidonde is an excellent salesman not just looking for a sale but to make sure all customers are extremely happy with the vehicle they are purchasing. Andi Xhacka sold us 3 of the 4 cars we purchased and was promoted to finance which was nice to see as he is also very eager to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the entire financial process. Andi, though in finance, is not out to upgrade your package but to make sure you feel comfortable with your payment and getting you the best APR possible as well as any additional coverages that may be needed for your specific vehicle and will tell you if he feels a coverage is worth it for the particular vehicle you are purchasing. Imad Benelkour was in finance for the first 3 cars purchased and for the 4 car was promoted to management. Imad is a fantastic asset to the company and was also extremely helpful throughout the entire purchasing process. He makes purchasing a new vehicle truly enjoyable and fun yet still highly professional. He is a perfect balance of what is needed and expected when purchasing a vehicle. If it were not for Imad and Andi 3 years ago I think we would have shopped around before going back to Herb Chambers Toyota in Auburn but because of them we knew we would get the experience and deal we were looking for which is why going back this time was such an easy decision. We have every intention of going back in the future and working with both Imad and Andi as Herb Chambers Toyota would truly be lost without them. Good gas mileage for a suv that sits high on a truck chasse, very smooth ride and a beautiful interior. Dan, kennedy and stephane could not have been nicer. The whole process, even signing the paperwork was made so easy and quick, yet they explained everything and answered all my questions. I live an hour from the dealership and it is well worth the drive.
