I’m taking this opportunity to write about a fantastic visit I had at the Herb Chambers dealership of Auburn MA and to write about a great serviceman, Juljan. My 2021 Rav4 had to be jump started once with visit I had at the Herb Chambers dealership of Auburn MA and to write about a great serviceman, Juljan. My 2021 Rav4 had to be jump started once within the past week and I thought nothing of it. I then had to yet again jump start it so I figured to go to the dealership since my car was still under warranty. Juljan helped me directly and was able to get me in within 10 minutes fix the situation, replace my battery and I was on my way. Thank you Toyota and especially thank you to Juljan for your amazing service. More
