Jim Walker helped us with finalizing the paperwork. The whole experience was a letdown. We felt being rushed through the process of signing the papers. Explanations were provided, ok ...but when we tried to ask questions or get him to slow down, it was obvious that Jim was a bit annoyed. He also tried to push the aftermarket maintenance plans that we decided we didn't really need. We went with the lowest one based on our previous Subaru owning experience. It was clear that Jim wasn't happy with our decision and still tried to push it rudely it felt almost like an insult. Given that it was past the dealership closing time, we thought that maybe he didn't get paid or wasn't paid enough for the time he spent with us. But Jim should have put professionalism first and taken his dissatisfaction out somewhere else and not on customers. We did bring it up to the management and were happy with how they handled the situation. But we found this website and thought that it would be fair that others get to learn about our experience too. Dropped off my 2019 Forester for a recall repair. While there I also scheduled a stero repair, no sound from rear speakers, a wheel curb rash, and scratches on the rear door. The recall was done, the stero there I also scheduled a stero repair, no sound from rear speakers, a wheel curb rash, and scratches on the rear door. The recall was done, the stero required a new Amp, and 3 new speakers, requiring a trip to another repair facility. The wheel repair came out like new, also done at another Mile One dealership nearby. The door, although the body shop didn't think it would buff out, also looks new again. Absolutely 100% satisfied, they took the time to it right. Have been a customer since 1996. More
