Mr. Holmes took his time to find me the car that was exactly to my liking, rather it was the Year, Make, Trim, Mileage, and most importantly the Pricing. He made sure I test drove the car, so i could get a feel for what I’m purchasing. What I also like is that Mr. Holmes gave me insight about car values, and tendencies of people when they don’t purchase the right vehicle. Which helped me a lot when making my decision between my wants and needs. Management was also extremely helpful. Mr. Brad Scammell was from the Management Department, and he made my purchase of the vehicle secure. A tale of 2 dealerships I bought a 2014 new Chrysler 300 from Jones Junction. At the time they were great. I wanted to purchase a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee from them as I had I bought a 2014 new Chrysler 300 from Jones Junction. At the time they were great. I wanted to purchase a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee from them as I had a wonderful experience with them 3 years ago. I sat with the salesman and he showed us what he had on the lot. I wanted an all white Jeep Grand Cherokee w/black leather. The only requirement was heated seats and steering wheel. They recommended the Overland which they didn't have in stock but could locate one. Sat with the salesman, didn't really care for his attitude and his negotiating skills were terrible and so was the attitude and financing. I work near Heritage so I left work Saturday morning early and met Rodger Shea, extremely FRIENDLY and knowledgeable. Told him what I wanted and he showed me the nicest Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland High Altitude in White with Black leather and anodized metal trim with all the bells and whistles for much less than I was going to pay at Jones with more options. The only bad part was Jones was giving Yeti Coolers but I was able to negotiate a Jeep Tumbler (lol). Rodger was awesome along with CHAD and JEREMY (not the singers from the 1960's). I would recommend Heritage and all the people there to anyone. I'm not saying this because they gave me a Jeep Tumbler. Awesome experience, honestly. More
